If you know me, you’d probably say I’m passionate. That’s true.  I have many passions:  my faith, family and friends, fitness and focused contributions to individuals and organizations.

I love to travel and experience diverse cultures, especially with Diane and close friends. We love our trips to Colorado.

Life is good after a long swim, when I work with teachable people and play golf in the 70’s.

I look like I was designed by a committee! I’m a trained counselor in psychology, a past college professor, have worked with space (NASA) and car (Ford Motor Company) giants, run my own small businesses.,.did I mention that I’m also member of the International Association for Counterterrorism and Security Professionals?

Everything I enjoy, I get to enjoy with my wife–like  sculpting, mountain climbing, photography, shooting and competitive relaxation!

I tell people my job is serving leaders. That’s why I specialize in leadership development. Facilitating and coaching teams of leaders, and watching them grow teams is the most fun a guy like me can have at work.

I love to create. My talents really shine when I am using my creative abilities to nurture and develop people.

I am very hands-on and prefer to be up moving around, working on special projects such as video production.

My Italian roots give me a deep love for good food and good company.

I count my blessings every day, and they include my faith, family, friends, music, our home, gardening and my furry friends.

I love food! I’d like to say I’m a foodie.  I also love wine, but I’m not a wino!  In any case, I really love food!

A great day in my life would be traveling to California, driving along the coast, visiting wineries and meeting new people.  My babies are nearly grown now, so I’m getting ready to live that great “day dream” with my husband really soon.

Most people don’t know that I’m a CODA—child of deaf adults. My family says, “If you need something done, go to Della, because she can’t say ‘no!”
